We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of glass elements. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Free from damage, scratches, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons:
- Custom-made or personalized glass elements
- Items that have been installed or modified
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
Return Process

Before returning an item, please contact us to initiate the return process. You can reach us by email or phone to obtain a return authorization number.
Step 2: Package Items Securely
Please package the item securely using the original packaging if possible. For fragile glass items, use appropriate padding and protection to prevent damage during transit.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Ship the item to our return address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring the package for its full value. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please contact us first to confirm availability. Exchanges are subject to the same return conditions and timeframes.
You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us, as this helps us process your claim more quickly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please ensure items are properly packaged.
Restocking Fee
Custom or special-order items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Standard items are not subject to restocking fees unless they are returned in damaged condition.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times may vary.
If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us and we will investigate the issue.
